Religious School
Temple Sinai's Religious School offers creative workshops, music, family education programs, holiday celebrations, services and many other activities to supplement our Judaic and Hebrew school curriculum. Our curriculum is based on a 30 week schedule with Shavuot being the concluding holiday. We are proud to have been awarded accreditation from the National Association of Temple Educators (NATE), the professional organization of Jewish Educators of the Reform Movement. Learn more about in the curriculum section of our Parent Handbook here.
Our Family Education programs enable parents to study and participate in projects together with their children. Each program usually consists of an initial study period with either the Rabbi or Director of Education, and might be followed by singing, holiday craft activities, or a social action project.
Family Services geared toward families with children enable students to enjoy a more leisurely spiritual atmosphere appealing to all family members.
Please feel free to contact the School Office if you have any questions or want to learn more.
Our Pre-Bar/Bat/Simchat Mitzvah Experience Series offers workshops to help prepare and guide families through the process of becoming a Bar/Bat/Simchat Mitzvah.
