2025/5786 TASTY Registration

TASTY (Teenage Association of Sharon Temple Youth) is a youth group for teens grades 9-12 based at Temple Sinai. TASTY activities include: pizza lounges, holiday parties, Shabbat sleepovers, community outreach events (such as annual blood drives), and more. Events and programs may take place on or off temple property.

For security and safety purposes, all participants must be registered to attend any and all TASTY events on and off temple property. Registration is on a rolling basis throughout the school year and must be completed to be added to the TASTY email list and Remind Text program.

To help us continue with our wonderful programming, TASTY dues for this year will be $50 per child. If this amount is not attainable for you, please reach out to the TASTY Advisor, Corey Shore, at cshore@temple-sinai.com or call the office at (781) 784-6081 and we will ensure your child is still able to participate.

If you are registering more than one child, please fill out an independent registration form for each.

I hereby authorize Temple Sinai to care for the Child named above. In the case of an emergency, I understand that every effort will be made to contact the parents or guardians of the Child under Temple Sinai supervision. The signature below grants permission for the Child Care Advisor or other Temple Sinai designee to secure all proper emergency medical treatment for the Child as necessary.

Temple Sinai Release Agreement

The undersigned hereby releases Temple Sinai and their respective officers, directors, trustees, employees and affiliated entities of and from any and all claims whatsoever arising or which may arise by reason of the Child's participation in Youth Programming including any claims due to personal injuries or illness excepting any such claim resulting from and/or arising out of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Temple Sinai, their respective officers, directors, trustees, employees or affiliated entities. Should the Child suffer injury or illness while at a TASTY event, the undersigned hereby authorizes any representative of Temple Sinai to authorize such medical attention for the Child as may be deemed appropriate by said representative of Temple Sinai in the circumstances. The undersigned hereby releases Temple Sinai, its respective officers, directors, trustees, employees and affiliated entities from any claim arising out of any medical treatment the Child may require.

Temple Sinai Photo Release

Pictures taken during TASTY events may be used for publicity on Temple social media or in website/newsletter advertising. By checking the box below I give permission for such photographs of my child to be used in temple media or any publications or collateral created in relation to this event.
