Welcome Vendors! Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Temple Sinai's Event Expo 2019.  This EXPO provides a great opportunity for you to meet potential customers who are planning Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and other special life cycle events in the upcoming year. This year, we are very excited to announce that we are partnering with ONE HAPPY CAMPER. Our EXPO will also include representation from Jewish overnight camps. Register Now!

  • New this year - We have reached out to local synagogues to help promote our event and maximize attendance.
  • New this year - 10 Vendor Categories with no more than 5 exhibitors per category to minimize competition and maximize your exposure.
  • New this year - An electronic version of the Vendor Directory available before and after the EXPO.

Temple Sinai's Event Expo 2019 will once again be held during our Sunday School session, allowing our vendors to engage with many of our Religious School families who are actively planning their upcoming simchas!

In addition, the show will be promoted as follows:

  • Placement in Wicked Local Newspaper publications
  • Facebook promotions on various sites
  • Posting in Temple Sinai Shofar print publication (March/April edition) and in weekly e-newsletters
  • Targeted communications to 5th-7th grade Religious School families
  • Support from Greater Boston, Metro West, North Shore, South Shore and Rhode Island temples who do not host an Event Expo
  • Support from CJP
  • Support from One Happy Camper
 

Space Options

Includes 2 chairs and table covering (if requested).  Electrical is available at an additional charge of $30.  If you require more than 2 tables, additional tables are $120 each.  

  • Twin Space (2 8' Tables) for $420
  • Single Space (1 8'Table) for $300
  • Half Space (1 Bridge Table) for $180


Advertising

A Vendor Directory (5"x8") will be handed to all attendees. 

Expand your reach and promote your business by advertising in the Vendor Directory as follows:

  • Full Page Ad (41/2"W x 71/2" H) for $180  (if not attending the event, company information included in listing section)
  • Half Page Ad (41/2" W x 33/4" H) for $100  (if not attending the event, company information included in listing section)
  • Quarter Page Ad (21/4" W x 33/4" H) for $65

Preferred file type is High Resolution PDF to size, however we also accept files in Word (.docx), Publisher (.pub), TIFF and JPEG format provided they are built to size with back-up fonts and logos, in the event ad pages need to be rebuilt.

At the show

Every exhibitor will be listed in the Vendor Directory. A list of attendees with their contact information (emailed post-event) will be provided. 

All exhibitors are expected to provide a Door Prize for our raffle.
